ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited uses of TinyCIO's services and infrastructure (servers, Subscriber Portal, software, connectivity). It is part of the Terms of Service (TC-OPT-COM-TOS-MAIN) and Website Terms of Use (TC-OPT-COM-TOU). Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
1. General
By using the services, you agree to comply with applicable U.S. and international law, the rights of third parties, and this Policy.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use the services to:
- host or distribute content unlawful to distribute (terrorist content, incitement to violence or hatred, child sexual abuse material, content harmful to minors);
- infringe copyrights, related rights, patents, or trademarks;
- create, host, or distribute malware, exploits, or unauthorized-access tools;
- gain unauthorized access to our resources, other subscribers, or third parties; scan ports; intercept traffic; or circumvent protections;
- send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or conduct phishing, fraud, or social engineering;
- conduct DoS/DDoS attacks, mine cryptocurrency without agreement, or create excessive load that disrupts the infrastructure;
- distribute defamatory content or content violating others' rights;
- take any action intended to restrict other subscribers' access to the services.
3. Load and fair use
3.1. Resources are provided within the limits of the Pricing paid. For systematic overage (in particular 1C database storage beyond limits), we may revise the price or restrict access until resolved.
3.2. We may set technical limits (quotas, rate limits) to preserve service stability.
4. Your responsibility
4.1. You are fully responsible for content and actions through your account and resources, including those of your Users and third parties.
4.2. You will indemnify us against third-party or governmental claims related to a breach of this Policy.
5. Enforcement
5.1. Upon a violation, we may, without prior notice: restrict or suspend the services; block or remove the offending content; block the account; and, as provided in the Terms, terminate and delete data.
5.2. We may report violations to competent authorities.
5.3. Suspension or termination for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.
