Separate consent for marketing communications by electronic means, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act, the TCPA (for calls/SMS), and applicable privacy law. The checkbox must be separate and not pre-checked.

By checking the box, I agree to receive marketing and informational communications (products, services, offers, events, news) from TinyCIO Inc. through the channels I provide: email, phone (including SMS and calls), messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp), and push notifications.

Calls and texts (TCPA). Where I provide a phone number and opt in, I consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing calls/texts at that number; consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

This consent is voluntary and separate from my consent to the processing of personal data.

Opt-out. I can unsubscribe at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in emails, by replying STOP to texts, through Subscriber Portal settings, or by emailing i@optique.tinycio.com. Opt-out ends marketing communications; service (transactional) messages related to the Services may continue.

Consent duration: until withdrawn.
